1. Is your shop open to the public?

A. We are an online shop and orders must be submitted online.

2. How long does your candy floss last, i.e. what is the shelf life?

A. Provided the product is kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, the following shelf life applies;

45g tub - 6 months

25g tb - 6 months

45g foil bag - 1 month

45g cone - 1 months

450g cake - 2 weeks from production

3. What is your delivery cost?

A. For Gauteng - R 180.

For others - upon quote from The Courier Guy

4. When can I expect my delivery or when may I collect?

A. A leadtime of 72 hours (3 working days) or in emergencies, please contact us.

5. Business Hours?

A. Mon to Friday 08h00 to 17h00 (No weekends)

6. Stockists of our Candy Floss?

A. Checkers, Foodlovers, Spars, PicknPay Family Stores, President Hyper, TOPS Spars, Ultra Liquor Stores and other independent outlets.

7. Samples?

A. Available on request.

8. What's the difference between our candy floss and others in the market?

A. Our candy floss is available in over 30 difference flavours and 8 colours, which you can taste unlike other suppliers who only have colour.

9. How much can you produce?

A. We can produce up to 3,000 units per day.
